New Vision Housing’s investments primarily focus on real estate; both commercial and residential. Alhamdulillah, the company have invested in a number of properties and have assets secure under the company’s ownership which currently stands at 9 properties.
As a shareholder, you are treated as a partner in the company and your investment will be taken to invest in properties to bring you a secure return Insha’Allah in the form of annual dividends. In addition, you will be invited to attend the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) where you will be updated by the board of directors and the management team of the progression of the company along with being given the opportunity to partake in voting to determine the leadership of the company i.e. electing directors.
New Vision Housing’s real estate property ownership ranges across the UK including London (England), Luton (England), Leicester (England) and Swansea (Wales). The company’s dedicated property search team are continually working in search for further investment opportunities in real estate and hence, the company’s portfolio is set to grow over the years.
Investors have the opportunity to become either a ‘primary shareholder’ (making fixed monthly payments and making payments to backdate to the first year of trading to ensure the total lending amount is achieved) or ‘flexible shareholder’ (making fixed monthly payments till the total amount of lending is achieved) New Vision Housing.
